Privacy Policy

To coordinate medical transportation, we collect information you provide when booking a ride: contact details (name, email, phone), pickup & destination addresses, ride date/time, passenger first name, and any special-assistance requirements you select.

We do not collect medical diagnoses, treatment details, prescription information, or any other protected health information beyond what's strictly required to complete the ride.

• To dispatch and confirm your ride with a transportation provider.
• To send booking confirmations, status updates, and receipts by email.
• To process payment via Stripe (we never store full card numbers ourselves).
• To maintain audit logs of who accessed your booking, when, and from what location, for security and compliance purposes.

Your booking information is visible to: (1) authorised Korima staff for coordination, (2) the assigned transportation provider once they accept the ride, and (3) the payment processor (Stripe). We never sell or share your data with marketing partners.

Booking records are retained for 90 days after the ride is completed, then anonymised or deleted. Audit logs are retained for 6 years per HIPAA guidance. Payment records are kept as required by tax and accounting regulations.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to PHI is restricted to authorised personnel and logged. We enforce automatic session timeouts (15 min admin, 30 min provider).

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct inaccuracies, or request deletion at any time by emailing info@korimatransport.com. We respond within 30 days.

We use a small number of essential cookies for session authentication and to remember that you've acknowledged this notice. We don't use advertising or analytics tracking cookies.
