Terms of Service

Korima Transportation coordinates non-emergency medical and convenience rides between healthcare facilities, families, and licensed transportation providers. We are a coordination platform — individual rides are operated by independent NEMT companies and drivers.

Prices are calculated based on distance and ride type at the time of booking. Payment is collected in full at booking via Stripe. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before pickup receive a full refund; later cancellations may forfeit the booking fee.

Korima does not provide emergency medical transportation. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911 immediately.

All transportation providers on Korima carry their own commercial liability insurance and comply with state and federal regulations. Drivers are responsible for the safe operation of their vehicles.

Korima acts as a coordination platform. While we vet providers carefully, we are not liable for actions, omissions, or damages caused by providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected ride.

You agree to provide accurate information when booking. Misuse of the platform — including harassment of drivers, no-shows, or fraudulent payment — may result in account suspension.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Korima after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
