Terms of Service

Who Korima is for
Korima Transportation is a B2B platform exclusively for use by authorized healthcare facility staff arranging transportation for residents under the facility's care. Korima is not a consumer transportation service. Individual passengers, family members, and the general public cannot book transportation directly through Korima.
Service description
Korima coordinates non-emergency medical and convenience rides between enrolled healthcare facilities and licensed transportation providers. We are a coordination platform — individual rides are operated by independent NEMT companies and drivers contracted with Korima.
Facility membership & ride payment
Access to Korima requires an active facility membership (Starter, Growth, or Scale tier), billed monthly via Stripe. Individual rides are billed separately at booking time based on distance and ride type. Cancellations of individual rides made more than 2 hours before pickup receive a full refund; later cancellations may forfeit the booking fee. Memberships can be cancelled any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Not for medical emergencies
Korima does not provide emergency medical transportation. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911 immediately.
Provider conduct
All transportation providers on Korima carry their own commercial liability insurance and comply with state and federal regulations. Drivers are responsible for the safe operation of their vehicles.
Limitation of liability
Korima acts as a coordination platform. While we vet providers carefully, we are not liable for actions, omissions, or damages caused by providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected ride.
Acceptable use
Only authorized staff of an enrolled facility may book rides. The enrolled facility is the customer; residents are beneficiaries of services the facility arranges on their behalf. Misuse — including booking for individuals outside the facility's care, harassment of drivers, no-shows, or fraudulent payment — may result in account suspension or termination of the facility's membership.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Korima after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
